Why We Started 14 Woven — And What the Name Really Means

Every business starts somewhere. Some start with a spreadsheet. Some start with a pitch deck. Ours started with a date — the 14th.

The 14th is the date we got married. It is also the date I officially adopted my wife's daughter — the moment our family became complete and whole in every sense of the word. She was already ours in every way that mattered. The paperwork just made it official. That day redefined everything we understood about commitment, about choosing each other fully, and about what it means to build something that lasts.

14 is also the product of 7 and 2. And 7 — in scripture and in our home — is the number of perfection and completeness. We did not plan for all of this to line up the way it did. But when we sat down to name this business and the number kept coming back to us, we stopped fighting it. Some things are just meant.

The "Woven" part came from this verse. A single strand breaks. Two strands are stronger. But three strands — woven together — become something you cannot easily undo. We wanted that to be the foundation of everything we built: quality woven with purpose, held together by trust.

So what does 14 Woven actually sell? Health and wellness products — things that help people live better every day. Not gimmicks. Not trends. Products that are well-made, well-reviewed, and genuinely useful.
